Terms & Conditions

1. By renting any of our products, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions listed.
2. Please note that all prices mentioned are in CAD and are for a rental period of 3 days, any delay in returning the jewellery will result in additional costs.
3. To book a jewellery set for rent a retainer fee is required. Please inquire for the retainer fee as each set has different retainer fee attached to it depending on the design.
4. The jewellery set is booked for you only after the receipt of the retainer fee ( non refundable ).
Full rental amount is due at the time of picking the jewellery set ( from our studio location in Oakville ). Accepted methods of payment Include : Cash and Interac e-transfer only.
5. In the event of any damage to the jewellery, repair costs will be incurred.
6. In the event of not being able to return the jewellery within 5 days, deposit will be forfeited.
7. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
8. It is the client's sole responsibility to pick up and return the jewellery ( at our studio location in Oakville ) in its original condition, and to thoroughly check all pieces before picking them up.
9. If you would like us to deliver the jewellery set, please note that an additional fee will apply.
